Listed below are numerous services offered for persons with disabilities and/or limited mobility during Finals Weekend.
Deaf/Hard of Hearing
Seating for guests who wish to use the services of a sign language interpreter will be available at the Final Exercises ceremony. In addition, a live broadcast of the Final Exercises ceremonies will be open captioned and shown at the stadium and streaming on the Finals Weekend live webcast page. Parking for the Final Exercises Ceremonies
A designated area located on the west side of Scott Stadium will be available for individuals in wheelchairs or with limited mobility to park (map). A valid Disabled Parking Placard or license plate is required to park in this location.
Accessible Drop Off Location
For students unable to participate in the procession, drop off is available at the Stadium Road entrance of the South Parking Garage between 7:45-8:45 a.m. and 12:45-1:45 p.m. (map).
Seating for Final Exercises Ceremonies
Wheelchair accessible seating is available in the following sections in Scott Stadium: 112-120, 502, 512-528, and 537. A foldout chair for a companion is available upon request (please ask one of the RMC ushers). Limited mobility seating is available at the top row of all 100 level sections. Please refer to the Scott Stadium ADA and Limited Mobility Seating diagram.
Navigating around the Grounds during Finals Weekend involves a considerable amount of walking and traveling through heavily congested areas. Guests requiring assistance may wish to rent a wheelchair for Finals Weekend. Wheelchairs are not available through the University; however, they may be rented in advance from the following local companies:
